How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open ASVAB Coach, go to Settings inside the app, and tap Restore Purchases. Your one-time Full Access unlock is tied to your Apple Account and restores for free. Full Access is also shared with your household through Family Sharing.
What's free, and what does the one-time unlock add?
ASVAB Coach is free to start — no account, no trial, no countdown clock. The free tier includes one full question-bank category, one full diagnostic (estimated AFQT), a trial of the on-device AI Tutor, and the per-branch AFQT minimums table.
A single one-time unlock (non-consumable, priced as listed on the App Store — never a subscription) adds the full bank of 743 verified questions, the full CAT-ASVAB simulation, the unlimited on-device AI Tutor, SM-2 spaced repetition, and the Apple Watch and Mac apps. Anyone who previously purchased Full Access keeps all of their access.
The AI Tutor isn't available on my device. Why?
The AI Tutor runs entirely on-device through Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models), so it needs a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled. When it isn't available, every question still includes a hand-written worked explanation — you're never blocked.
Do I need an account? What about my data?
No account, ever. ASVAB Coach collects no analytics and makes no tracking network calls — your study never leaves your iPhone. Because we don't collect anything, there is nothing to export or delete on our side. Your progress lives on your device and in your own iCloud. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac, on the latest OS releases. The Apple Watch and Mac apps are included with the one-time Full Access unlock.
